Stage Gate process For DELIVERY
It is a ceremony we have at the end of each sprint. Candidates come in front of a Jury (Leads, CEO) to present their project. They have 20 minutes to present a demo of the project that will cover all objectives defined and committed with the Product Director in the EPIC.
